Marijuana isn’t going to do anything but just harm your lungs, as you probably may already know, aplastic anemia means your bone marrow isn’t producing enough red blood cells. So cannabis just isn’t going to do crap.

A very good friend of mine has aplastic anemia, and from what he told me, marijuana would not help prevent or alleviate any effects of AA that you feel.
Given the fact that your body isn’t producing enough blood cells of any kind, I would think it unwise to smoke anything or take any drugs other than those prescribed to you by your doctor.
My friend drinks sometimes and ends up dehydrated very easily because of it, and he almost always ends up in the hospital the next day on an IV, once again.
The best thing you can do for yourself is eat a healthy diet and abide by what the doctor asks you to do.
