Can You Use A Filter In A Cannabis Spliff Instead Of A “roach” ?

Everyone, as far as I am concerned uses a roach when smoking cannabis, I feel strongly towards the effect it can have on my lungs and would be grateful if some one could tell me if using a filter really stops the drug working properly. (I don’t want any one telling me its bad for you, I have been to school and I do know this)

  1. No one “uses” a roach. A roach is what is left of a joint or spliff when it’s burned down to the end. Filters are not used so as to ensure the full strength of the smoke. Smoking through a filter would mean you’d need to inhale more smoke to get the same effect as an unfiltered joint. Using a vaporizer or edibles is the best possible solution for protecting your lungs from the harmful effects of smoke.
