Do You Support Legalization Of Marijuana In California?
a member of the congress brought up a bill to legalize weed to help bring CA out of its debt
and i think hes got a point
and so does the obama administration because they support it
marijuana honestly is not so serious we should be wasting money by making it a police priority to catch these people
also a recent study done at UCLA proves there is no link between lung cancer and marijuana
marijuana in raw form has actually been one of the best natural medicines ever discovered, it has been used for ages dating back to B.C.
marijuana has been proven to help schizophrenia, aids, cancer, depression, etc..
NOW what i think is marijuana if not legalized they should AT LEAST be decriminalized
i mean almost half the people in jail are there because of marijuana related crimes..we build more and more jails each year wasting our TAX MONEY on jailing people that do nonviolent crimes
not to mention the war on drugs about marijuana
BUT think about this:
if we legalize marijuana the government can regulate it!!
the government will get to choose
who to sell it to
what age
where
the potency
and how much
plus we can use the tax money to help our economy
RECENTLY there was poll taken and majority said it was easier to get marijuana than it is to get cigs and alcohol
why? because when u buys cigs and alcohol they ID you because they dont want to lose their licenses
PS: HEMP is illegal to grow in the US why??? u cant get high off it???
its the most durable fiber ever know to mankind!!! the US has to get all their hemp imported
check out this commercial:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C0mEDE_w1…
OH NOT TO MENTION:
if you are charged with a conviction of marijuana you CANT get financial aid for college YET!!!! if you rape or murder someone you can still get financial aid?!?!?! thats just ******* wrong!

…see the news report below about the Nebraska man (genius) who created a public disturbance…and locked his cat into his bong-box, while smoking his hoochie
…pot use is centuries old…humans have lots of experience living with the “effects” of pot use and the behaviors of others on “pot”
…now honestly, tell me again how pot is not a problem?
….look at the Mexican illegals that are entering the US, the new trend is that they bring in drugs to sell (fewer illegals enter without drugs)
…Phoenix Arizona police report massive crime waves caused by drug penguins
….pot causes strange abnormal behavior
…pot is “instant stupidity” when mixed with the CNS of mammlas
….has anyone on this site ever done anything “smart” while they were “stoned?” really? (please feel free to share your creative rationalizations with me…honestly…i am open to your revalations)

OMG!
I just studied this topic in Con Law, it was one of the first few cases.
What I got from the proff (and man, he’s hard to understand) is that Califronia cannot regulate the legal sale of marijuana. The court decided that medical marijuana is an article of commerce, most likely would be sold and delivered interstate, or “among the several states” ( Thus, it is subject to federal regulation according to Art.I, Sec. 8, clause 3. Obviously if its federally regulated, the DEA, ATF(guns go with drugs nicely), and the DOJ would not want legal marijuana to be sold. I remeber the court said something like “marijuana has a clear black market for its demand.” Meaning, it would be a whole lot easier for non-legit marijuana users to get their hands on it. I cant remember the case rite now, which is not good for finals lol.
Any lawyers or law school profs who read this, tell me if i made a mistake in my understanding of the case. (that’ll help come finals)

NO.
California has enough problems. Once Marijhuana is legalized, once the bar has been raised, what will be next? A movement to legalize heroin, crack, meth? Heck, just legalize the whole lot and let God sort out the mess.
Stop worrying about your next high. Start worrying about kids effected by this garbage.

Wrong. Surpassed by teflon fiber. Among others.
