They totally should. Why is alchohol legal when the side effects of that verses pot are way more severe.

I think they should legalize it, cause maybe by doing that people wont be so interested in doing it, cause i did it like twice and to me it was more the excitment of doing something that isnt legal, or something…

Why would a non-pot smoker care? Yes they should, but they won’t. The government will never legalize it because it will be too hard to tax. You can grow it in every state in the union.

Usually those who wish it legalized for “medicinal purposes” are really just Pot Heads. Two facts to prove my point.
#1- It is already legal for medical conditions in the form of Marinol, a pharmaceutically prepared and FDA approved drug. Only one problem…you have to actually be sick to get it. Wow…bummer uh.
#2- Using marijuana which is purchased from the street (not pharmaceutically prepared) you can never really control the dose of the drug you ingest. This is because the cannabinoids in the plant will vary from plant to plant and is affected by growing conditions , etc.
So…You see…If you actually need the drug, it is available by prescription. This leads me to believe that those who call for its legalization only want to get high.
If you want to get high… then do it. But don’t cry about legalization if you’re caught.
