Does It Bother You That Someone On Felony Probation Can Grow Marijuana Legally In California?
Just wanted to know who doesn’t care. Who thinks it is cool, and who just plain hates it.

Ha great question. I know for a fact that probation can’t do anything because I used to have a compassionate caregiver who grew using my prescription. He was on Felony probation. One day I was there picking up my stuff and a young probation officer was very angry about not being able to do anything about the plants. The older officer just shrugged like he didn’t even care. Then the young guy got all tough with me, and asked if I had a prescription so I pulled it out, and showed it to him.
We Californians voted for prop 215, and the 420 addition to it. We don’t respect the federal government, and we will not stop growing what California law says is legal.

Are you familiar with CA law? They can only grow if they have a marijuana prescription, and like another answer said, it’s still illegal under federal laws.

That’s not true.
Federal Law Criminalizes it everywhere in the US.
