i cough up mucus. my stomach hurt but it gets sore when i do pushups and situps. but it usually goes a away in a day. but i think the coughing made it worse.

yes it does.
It’s not due to the qualities of the tobacco or cannabis itself, though. It’s due to taking in the smoke–so you don’t actually have to smoke yourself–you just have to breathe in enough of someone else’s smoke. Stand around inhaling the smog or wood smoke from a fireplace or burn pile long enough and you can have breathing difficulties from those as well.

Tobacco is a Bronchial inhibitor but to my knowledge, cannabis is the opposite. If you stop smoking tobacco and eat or vape your bud more often than smoke it, that should help.
