Well I have never know it to be smoked on a bus pretty disrespectful not to say illegal and on the street it is still illegal. I just wouldn’t say anything at all I know it makes you mad and it does me too but it isn’t worth being harassed or beat up. Just walk away from it. On the bus you are a little stuck but the driver should be notified at your stop.

I understand your irritation. I am 35 weeks pregnant and have issues with that as well. It’s frustrating when people don’t care about the health of others around them. However, you can’t force people, especially in a public place, to acknowledge your needs. Its similar to when people don’t cover their mouths when they sneeze or cough around you. They just don’t realize. I would say just move away from them and not say anything. You especially don’t need the added stress of somebody taking it very offensively and being rude to you about it.

You are right, people have no respect, as passive smoke can be just as harmful as doing those things yourself. But I would agree with the first answer, just move out of their way, because some people sadly just won’t care, and if they got abusive towards you then the stress could also be harmful. Take care xx

I’ve been at customer’s homes when they start smoking. I tell them to put it out and turn on the fan or I’m leaving (and still charge the service call fee). I’ve had a few people get extremely offended, One was ready to take me to court over the right to smoke in their own home.
Overall: stay away from it. I have no respect for those that smoke. They deserve to have asthma and lung cancer – but don’t hurt me or my innocent unborn child.

Smoke Cannabis on the bus, helll, thought you were not allowed smoking on busses at all. That is rude and inconsiderate, i suppose if you asked them not to they would attack you. Feel sorry for you.You have the right to be cross, i would be too .:(

I get like that when people smoke near my children…just move away…its safer not to say anything at all.
