Has There Never Ever Been A Fatality On Cannabis? If So, Is Smoking Tobacco More Dangerous Than Cannabis?

i would say cannabis is more dangerous due to the fact that it has the added risk of mental health problems

  1. Smoking in general is bad for your health, whether it’s tobacco, weed or anything else. Smoking weed can give you lung cancer too.
However, you can consume cannabis in other ways than smoking, which will eliminate the dangers of smoking. You can’t do that with tobacco – it’s toxic no matter how you consume it.
So yes, tobaco is more dangerous than cannabis.

  2. I doubt whether there has been a direct fatality using ‘grass’ or Cannabis indica / C. sativa.
But definitely it precipitating psychotic (which is simply put MAD) symptoms is more than well documented.
I have lost a cousin (eventually that is, to alcohol after Cannabis) and I can testify that at a large hospital at Chennai (in India), the initial diagnosis as soon as I took him into the out patient consulting area was “Cannabis related (or induced) Psychosis”. One look was enough for the experts to come to that conclusion.
At a young age one may play with fire, but when it burns, especially in areas like the brain which are super-sensitive…..the scars simply do not go away and the damage is more than permanent…..a ruined future……a mind that doesn’t function normally…….is it worth it?
Mind altering…? Yes…..but permanently……is it worth the risk? Recovery and coming out of it is after you have lost some valuable neuronal connections which could have made you more intelligent. Loss of memory is another serious after effect. That is why study for students takes a nose dive…….Sorry I would not go near Cannabis with a ten foot pole.

  3. There has never been a fatality directly linked to smoking tobacco, its the risk it puts ur body in and the after effects i.e cancer which then leads to an early death
it’s the same with cannabis, except there’s links with mental heallth as well as cancer
