please dont flag im just looking for some advice. i could spend about 50 dollars max.

A full spectrum fluorescent grow light with at least 5000 lumens and 5000k spectrum which eats about 80watts in a warm room at least 75degrees will do the job. Just make sure you mist them too.
The seeds usually cost a lot online unless you can get them somewhere else.

You wont get even one plant for that amount
You need HID/Flouro lights, seeds, soil, fertilizer, containers, a heater, a fan, a light timer, clean water and patience – plants started in winter wont be done until summer, lights need to be on atleast 18 hours a day
grow ops are expensive, 50 dollars is chicken feet
