there was never a part of the consititution that made it legal, so there is no need for an amendment.

Why does it matter? It's a federal law, it need not be a constitutional amendment.

a very sneaky underhanded way, they passed laws that made it illegal to sell(drugs) it with out a license and then denied the business the license and arrested them. That was the beginning of the drugs laws they have expanded from there.

Because if you don't listen to the Federal Government, your state will lose millions (if not billions) in federal aid.
The federal government is becoming more sovereign that states and their citizens with the ability to railroad states into polices by threatening them with the loss of federal aid.

Got me. Most of what our government has been doing for years is unconstitutional--only difference being, A LOT more people are researching the very public information on a regular basis now. This is a danger to them. Information arms the population. I have noticed they conveniently have "errors" that won't return text of some legislation especially on the more controversial ones. I advise everyone to visit senate.gov on a regular basis. THIS is really all you need to know to make decisions. Yes, I watch the news--but this speaks VOLUMES. You can also look at all the votes on legislation that is passed. Good way to see if your representative was serious or just telling you what you wanted to hear to get elected.
