How Do California Marijuana Dispensaries Get Their Marijuana?
How do they buy there quantities of marijuana? Are there licensed farms? I know you can be a caregiver and grow for a dispensary but if you wanted to make a product to sell at all dispensaries what type of license or requirements would be needed?
As far as I know, a person with a medical prescription will grow for a dispensary.
There really isn’t an ‘official’ dispensary provider, but I believe anyone with a script can contribute.

they buy from people they know. there is no set place to buy it. other
than having your own medical from your county , grass is still illegal
on the fed level. so if you get caught with more than your medical allows the feds could bust you, so could the state.if you only have less than
twelve plants and you have a medical the state is probably not going
to bother with you. their looking for people with hundreds of plants and
no medicals. its more news worthy to bust a guy with 1 or 2 hundred
plants than a guy with 5.
