First of all cannabis is a serious pcychological addiction as the amount of people coming in2 treatment with drug and mental health services wil testify.if ur in the uk you have 2 options.option 1 wud be to go to your local gp and discuss your problem with your doctor who will then most likely refer you to a specialist drug teatment agency.lots of gp,s are now having specialised training to deal with drug and alcohol users and work alongside counsellors key workers and mental health professionals who are there to help you.(shared care)is the new term for this.
Or you cud go direct to your local drug treatment centre or ringup and ask to make an appointment to c sum1.you dont normally have to wait longer than an fortnight.
dont be afraid to get help as they are there to help you and no1 will judge you or belittle you as they c people with all types of drug problems daily.

I Finally Asked for Help and Followed It Through.
I Went To Rehab,what should have been 6 mths: minimum,stayed 3 weeks,dismissed myself and Have Not Touched Alcohol Since.

If you go into rehab for just a “mental addiction” to cannabis you will get laughed off the premises. There are people there that have lived off surgical spirit and drain cleaner for years, others that have scabs and sores all over them from a crack and crystal meth habit, you should get a grip.
Spliff is not physically addictive, anyone who is addicted to it “mentally” is a fool.
