You can walk in if you don’t have a recommendation, but you’ll have to stay in the waiting room. You aren’t allowed in the back where they sell the “medicine.” You have to show a recommendation stamped with a seal from a doctor who has treated you for an ailment that qualifies under the compassionate care statute.
So no, not just anyone can walk in. You do need a special card.
