i’ve been smoking for the last 6 months like one joint per day *average, now that im not smoking.. what consecuences do i have to deal with?

I smoked everyday for 5 years, quit 3 years ago, and my short term memory is screwed. I remeber stuff from years ago, but I dont remember what I was watching on tv before I went in the kitchen. It sucks.

It does effect your memory, but only long term smoker feel the effect of memory loss..( Short term memory loss that is )
