Quit for at least a month to pee clean. The drinks and herbal pills they sell that supposedly clean out your system are crap. They don’t work and are exspensive so don’t waste your money. If you want to pee clean I would suggest not smoking.

Quit for at least 30 days prior to a test.

A month for a pee test unless you do a cleansing drink. You cant fool a hair test. It takes a day or more even if you plan ahead to try to get the pot out of your system.
