You mean Marijuana? If you smoke it everyday, it stays in there for a while. I don't exactly know how long though.

30 days in urine, same for blood. It binds to your fat cells that's why it stays so long.

Quite a long time, but it depends on the use. 30 days is not uncommon.
THC is stored in your fat cells. Some THC stays in your system as long as you have the fat cells. You don't get to choose which fat cells you loose (or get emptied if you want to get really scientific), so you also don't get to choose which ones the THC is stored in.
A more important aspect of your question is why does it matter? Just because the THC is stored in the fat cells, does not mean that you "get high" when the fat cell releases them again (sorry, no cost savings there!). Make an effort to have the drug legalized. It really isn't a health issue.
THC has medical benefits, but like ALL drugs, too much of a good thing can be harmful. Also special circumstances are going to make a difference... like driving a car, an airplane, or heavy machinery (a no-no), having or nursing a baby (an even bigger no-no)... and remembering to use common sense (a yes-yes).
Legalize it, regulate it, problem solves itself.
Lots of sites on the net, this is a good one:
