Im 19 and Im taking HGH in an attempt to grow taller. First of all, can I get taller doing this? My dad said he was still growing at my age but I have read a lot of other places that males stop growing at 16 or 18.
Also, I smoke weed and cigarettes. Will that counteract or interact with the HGH?
Weed and cigarettes could pose serious side effects. The HGH affects your whole body, and since your lungs are being worked so hard, the HGH will be making them work harder for the cells to split.
As for growth, have your doctor x-ray you to see if your growth plates have closed. If they have, you won’t grow.
