The boys have only anthers and the girls have only stamens in their flowers. If it is Northen Lights from British Columbia, Canda it is all girls and propagated by cuttings or tissue culture callus.

Female plants are bushier, more full looking, with buds on the end of the branches.
Males are spindly looking and will have pollen sacs hanging off of them
