Is It Right For Government To Reclassifies Cannabis Again?
yes-it was a badly thought out law—like the 24 hour drinking law ,which has also backfired on society—there are other issues like unfair laws in favour of women at the expense of men–who is running the labour party these days !

YES!
The Home Secretary was on TV to-day and she admitted smoking cannibis at university.
Worryingly, she said that it was wrong because it can affect the brain!
Jesus!

The government makes laws and our society lives within them OR ignores them. Sometimes the government — those people we pay almost $150,000/yr plus all they can steal or take in graft and corruption, make wonderful laws. Let’s say they reclassify MJ and even allow states to decide its status. Say, CA decides to make it legal, collect taxes, etc. Now, what does one do with all those people who were busted and convicted of a felony for having exactly 2.5 ounces on their person prior to the new classification? And if CA pardons all those people aren’t persons in other states then receiving unfair punishment by having a criminal record for life over this? Let the government play, they only create more real problems for everyone.
Then look at this from another perspective. Maybe none of us should break any law? My,my. What an idea! I haven’t, so I don’t care what they do with MJ, how about you?

A wise man once said, “all things in moderation.” Yeah, if you toke up two or three times a day, everyday, you’re gonna have long-term damage. Your average pot smoker doesn’t do that.
Cannabis should’ve been reclassified a LONG time ago. Let the states decide, and the smart ones will legalize, tax it, and make money off it, and also grade it as to quality, potency, etc. The hemp plant has lots of benefits, and farmers should be being encouraged to make use of it.

its not right but you know the govenment will do it if it serves their cause, on the upside they are about to drop the federal ban on it in 2008 so when that happends all the states will have a choice in wether its illigal or not anymore.
