Is Marijuana Legal In Denver?
If it is then where is it sold, is the government selling it or is it legal to grow or how does all that work?

No. Under federal law, marijuana is illegal everywhere in the US.

Funny, everyone keeps hoping that pot will be legal, if only somewhere.
“Somewhere, over the rainbow…”
Each state has the right, or authority, to decide whether pot is legal or not. But even if they make it legal, where will you get it? The federal government has jurisdiction over the importation and distribution of pot. And they restrict it to only to only one legal grower, and one legal seller. Yep, you got it. A federal monopoly.
Mostly, the legalization of marijuana for whatever restricted reasons is more as a defense for possession than any real ability to procure it.
The Washington Post had a write-up about it.http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/con…
