I feel that the use of marijuana is less destructive than the use of alcohol. But because it is illegal, except in certain circumstance, there will be more crime because of it.

I was born and raised in California and knew people that grew pot in their house. But that never tempted me to try it. I stayed away as much as I could from the house because I didn’t want to be taken to jail or risk a bust while I was visiting!
No sarcasm. Pot only took me away from my own reality which discomforted me very much. I like my own reality much better.
My brother did talk me in to trying pot at one time. I’m glad I did too. Because I didn’t like it, it took me away from myself and in to another state of mind that I didn’t like or feel comfortable in.
I get high more from being myself.
