My Pursuit Of Happiness Includes Growing A Weed. Does The Federal Government Have The Right To Stop My Pursuit?
of happiness?
Like George Washington, Jefferson also grew marijuana.
Yes, this question is directed at all the people who say they support individual rights. That would be you my republican counterparts.

Everyone should be able to grow their own, and be happy. The fact that it’s currently illegal is absurd.

Unfortunately yes. But it’s called a stealth box. Just put the plant in your closet or somewhere they won’t find it.

My right to use “weed” is the right to LIVE ! My wife is battling cancer, and her doctors ALL agree that medical pot has helped to save her life !
I don’t care if the laws were even more fascist, I would NEVER give up my medicine ! Research now proves that the active ingredient in pot(THC) CAN KILL CANCER CELLS ! Prohibition of pot has gone on for over 60 years now, and try to name just ONE VICTORY in the war on pot. Nothing will stop pot use . It grows wild, and has NO TOXIC properties. Anyone that wants some, already knows just where to get it. Legalizing it will help keep out of the hands of children. You don’t see many teenagers growing their own tobacco do you? Not too many teenagers are distilling their own booze, so what’s the problem with selling pot in liquor stores? Nixon used the pot laws to unconstitutionally oppress the hippies, students, blacks and other minorities, and the war protesters. Millions of otherwise law biding Americans got arrested and now have criminal records for just using a ‘weed’ !

Yes they do. Also, just because Washington and Jefferson did it, does not mean that it is ok to do. Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr had a duel, should we let people have duels if that makes them happy too?

Well, one could say that rape, murder, theft, and other crimes make certain people happy. Obviously, its not all about you! Isn’t that just too bad?
