		<description>I have heard something about this too.  But like the previous person said, it would decriminalize it, not legalize it.  So it would still be against the law and you could still get a citation for it, but if your within the guidelines of what the potential law would state you shouldnt be arrested for it.  But dont hold your breath on this, it probably wont pass although it should.</description>

		<description>They want to DECRIMINALIZE pot, not legalize. This means possessing something like 100 grams or less of pot is not an arrestable offence. Although I am all for the legalization of pot (It would completely save our economy), this law does not make sense. It isn&#039;t illegal to have it, but it&#039;s illegal to traffic? Where are the people supposed to get it legally, then?</description>
