Ny State Marijuana Laws?
i am wondering how many plants a person can grow without it being a felony in ny state (near buffalo)..and no im not growing..but busts have been on the news lately and its sparked up a bet between a few of us..1 guy ses 30 and another is 100..mine is 50..we are all most likely wrong but it would be great if anyone can give us the right answer..its only a 10$ bet but it would be nice to be right..lol

If you have 30 plants, there is no way you wouldn’t go down for intent to distribute. Probable less in a state such as New York. And buffalo is where they get all the Felonies other than NYC. You’ll be railroaded before they even finish counting.
