I smoked marijuana when I got pregnant also. I quit as soon as i found out and my daughters fine. But you should tell your doctor just so he knows and can run tests to make sure everything is fine. The most important thing is not to smoke ant more while your pregnant. Especially in your last trimester when it is very unsafe. Just go ahead and let the doc know about it. Hes probably had situations just like this in the past. And will be glad you did the right thing and stopped, a lot of women don’t.

i too was a Pot smoker before i got pregnant and to be honest i think its all that got me through the first few weeks of morning sickness — be honest with your doctor and take it from there– but DON’T HAVE IT IN YOUR SYSTEM AT BIRTH!!!!
The hospitals now check the placenta and have a right to call div. of social services if you have drugs in your system

Just stop. But I’m pro marijuana and even I quit when I started feeling like I could be. I have known a few girls that smoked it during pregnancy and there were no side affects, but I wouldn’t smoke anything during pregnancy. Just because you never know… So, better safe than sorry.
