I looked over a few strains, but I wanted to try DIABLO and @ $45 an eighth, it sounded like a good deal.

I read DIABLO’s genetic lineage is Blueberry X Grapefruit X South African Sativa

The sample I obtained had a super fine manicure — I have never seen something trimmed so fine. The appearance was of tight, tight buds with orangey-white hairs. The nuggets were sugar-coated with clear and cloudy-white crystals.:punkrock:

When broken-up the consistency was very airy and spongy — looks can be very deceiving. The aroma of the broken-up buds is strong with an ammonia/fuel scent, but in a natural way, pungent, with hints of skunk, hay/ fallen leaves, and cherry.

I smoked a .3 g dose in my water pipe. The smoke was very thick and strong! Very strong earthy-pine taste, with a hint of spice, soft fruit sweetness (very soft). The smoke has a very earthy aftertaste.

The effect of the dosage is very much a numb body feeling with some light headedness. I would not call it a full-on couch-lock, but I could stay in my seat if I wanted to! A good focus medicine perhaps, could be a good sleep med too. Mild to Above Average pain relief from the dose. There is a nice long duration to the pain control, body feeling, and head/relaxation effects.

A very nice specimen from SVC. Good value based on the duration of the effect and the lack of anything but bud on the scale!
