Drug lords would go out of business.
Marijuana would be highly regulated by the govt., perhaps by prescription only. Legalization should be decided on a State level.
Lesser criminals in prison. More room in prison and more time for law enforcment to nail the real criminals……the rapists and murderers.
Imagine the tax revenue, high sales tax, license fees for distrubtors.
Lesser crime, duh!
Lesser people drinking.
Could this help the U.S. Economy?

For my senior research paper for school I picked the current event topic about how marijuana is illegal
yet cigarettes and alcohol are legal even though they kill more people every year and are worse for the society as a whole than marijuana is. I was wondering if there was a specific book or author that writes about this because I need to find and read a book about this topic so I can incorporate some textual evidence in my research paper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I may be eligible to be prescribed medical marijuana for my Multiple Sclerosis.
Does anyone have any experience with this treatment? How risky is it froma legal standpoint to participate given the Feds have cracked down on numerous occasions?

Articles About Cannabis Legalization?

For a project for school I’m doing a report about the legalization of cannabis. I need to find two articles, one for and one against. I’ve found a good, legitamate article for legalization, but (surprisingly) I can’t find a good convincing argument against.
The keyword here is ‘good’. I have found a some articles against, but the typically repeat the same things over and over and don’t make many legitamate points. And then some of the ‘points’ they make really contradict themselves.

again i dont know anything about this stuff and im learning as i go so dont make fun of how stupid i might sound…
if i were to grow indoors using fluorescent light bulbs…equivalent to 100 or 150 watts would i need to buy a lamp too? i only have a little desk lamp at my disposal…would that work or do i need to buy a new lamp?
