I was recently informed by someone residing in Luxembourg that the wearing of the cannabis leaf symbol, as often displayed on clothing or garments in modern fashion, has been made illegal in Paris, or perhaps France? I couldn’t believe this.

Well, possession of cannabis seeds is illegal in general so I would assume so. But you would probably have to make an effort to get caught doing it.
