What would you do if you got given some party funds but brought cannabis instead then shared it out with your friends, would that certain person get arrested for it?

Lincoln destroyed the Whigs by opposing slavery. My guess is some Republican will destroy the Party by favoring the legalization of marijuana. I think its a winning issue in the face of growing state and national budget deficits.
