And would a HID Light on for growing purposes be a blatant rise in the electricity bill? Is it equal to the power of an air conditioner, computer? or less? Thanks a lot!!

I know a guy who can get basically any strain of marijuana.
He recommended Jack Herer (Northern Lights + Haze + Skunk) and some self dubbed strain “Mr. Nice Berry” (G13 + Blueberry Haze).
Which of the two is stronger?
Which other strains should i ask about?
Which strains are the strongest and give you the craziest high (ranked)?

There are a lot of dank strains out there and i would like to know the strongest. I am currently doing a school project on cannabis and i need to know the heavy marijuana used for medical purposes such as sleep aid and migraines.
