yes-it was a badly thought out law—like the 24 hour drinking law ,which has also backfired on society—there are other issues like unfair laws in favour of women at the expense of men–who is running the labour party these days !

Why was marijuana made illegal in the first place? Is it true that the FBI was working with the timber mill owners to kill off the Hemp industry? If thats true then I’ll never trust any government ever again. In fact I might join Al-Qaeda.
Just as the question states, if one is tested positive for marijuana right before they ship then what happens to them? Both likely situations and max punishments.
