yes it is but there are a lot of studies being done on these “legal highs” seems some may be more harmful than illegal drugs

Herbal Marijuana isn’t legal because you can buy it in a shop. It is legal because it is made from a mixture of normal plant herbs that have a combined effect that simulates the experience of smoking cannabis.
Because these herbal substances are not sold for human consumption and are not marketed as drugs they don’t fall under any of the food and drugs acts which allows them to skip all of the tests required to pass them off as safe products to consume.
At present not much is known of these wares and they would probably be illegal if extensive medical results would have been gathered because for all we know it could be safer to smoke asbestos.
Anyone taking these herbs should be extremely careful as no allergy advice is provided on the packaging.
It is known that no one has died from consuming Cannabis but Herbal alternatives aren’t supplied with an ingredients list some of which include the drug Benzylpiperazine which if mixed with other substances in an unfortunate chain of events can cause death.

lol that “shop” should probably be shut down
but apart from that no! cannabis is not as bad as every one says it is its pretty much like taking a l load of them meds that the doctor gives you if your stressed lol
you maybe should be a bit wary of him though some kinds of dope does make your head go crazy

Yes, it’s legal. Same as herbal ecstacy, herbal coke, herbal speed etc.
