I recently took two hits of marijuana from a pipe. I may have to take a drug test for a job. I have not smoked weed for at least a year prior to the slip-up the other night. I want to know how long I have to wait to be in the clear. I am 5′10 and weigh 140 lbs. I am active and have been drinking lots of water.

Just two hits off a pipe? The THC would be out of your body in 4 days max. Your in the clear for sure. And thanks for giving your height and weight, it helps determine.
It would take longer if you were a couch potato and ate fatty foods and drank mostly soda.

Lots of excise and drink lots of water. If you can try to see if they will let you take the test at another time. It usually stays in your system about a week.

It depends on the type of test, but if it’s only been those two hits you are in the clear.

You should be clean within 10 days if you really only smoked once since quitting.
