What Is “worse” – Marijuana Or Pharmaceutical Drugs?
I got into a debate with someone who is prescribed klonopin among other pharmaceuticals drugs (i think another is zyprexa). Anyway – I’m thinking that for anxiety if I smoke marijuana it is actually better than taking pharmaceuticals. What do you think?

I have bipolar disorder. Past year I haven’t smoked pot. Past year I have been a train wreck just from being on medication from my psyciatrist. I couldn’t get a grip of a manic episode after going to my psychiatrist’s office 4 times in one month. I said screw all this extra medication (anti-anxiety and anti-psychotic) after seeing all these messed up side effects and started smoking pot again. I found a steady supply of indica (sedative, calming, pain relief) and forgot what it was like to live without constant anxiety, lol. I’m doing so much better. I have a system where I smoke like medication. I don’t consider my use recreational at all, though it is fun, won’t lie. I accepted the fact that maybe I’ll never smoke again in my life if it is for the best with my condition. Turns out after doing a lot of research in the past month that it’s actually very helpful, and am experiencing the same by just smoking

marijuana makes your anxiety worse. Believe me! It causes your heart to beat faster. Although marijuana can’t harm you phisically it can still make your anxiety’s worse. The prescription drugs are much much much better. THC will make your anxiety worse.

It depends. Weed is against the law. So, while it may be less harmful on your body (debatable), you’re probably going to increase your anxiety if arrested.
