They would get felonies and go to prison.

they would most likely get probation if it was a first offense, and there was no intent to sell. If they were dealing it, however, or they had a previous record they could be sent to juvie, but not for a long time. A sophomore at my school got busted for dealing and only went to juvie for a week, but each case is different, and it depends on the local laws and how strict the judge is. Most cases though, they just get probation and mandatory drug tests, but if you fail a drug test you get juvie. However, one of my friends is on drug probation and had failed all his tests, but he claims to be a suicide risk, so he’s stayed out of juvie since October.

it ALL depends. if your 15, most likely you’ll just get a slap on the wrist, they’ll call your parents and tell you to go home. (they’d take your marijuana, of course). on the other hand, if your 16 you face charges. the charges depend on where you live. some states are more lenient that others, in some states its legal. also, it depends on how much you have too. if you want to learn more theres ALOT of info on norml.com =) and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask !

for lack of a better word you would be boned. when when you are caught with that much the cops sense major problems with you and they do not mess around. they fully know that if you have pounds there is intent to sell because that is way beyond personal use. in their eyes anything over an ounce is more that personal use and it is a felony. something that low you might get off some what easy but pounds is a hole other story you are looking at about 5 to 10 years fist in juvie then off to jail. that is as long as you have a clean record. after your looking at a good amount of probation. you are also looking at court fees lawyer fees juvie fees and not to mention the fines that come alone with the charge. and that will be on your record for the rest of your life.
i know i am not your mommy but if i where you i would just keep my hands clean of that much weight.

Anyone who tells you it wouldn’t be that bad is fooling you. If you get caught with an oz, thats a felony. An unless you have Cochran as ur ******* lawyer, u r goin to juvie, and then to jail. ur looking 5 yrs probably. maybe a little less with good behavior. Also, if ur in that deep dealing (cause we all know thats whats goin on) and u dnt know the consequences, maybe u shud figure that out first. No offense or anything, good luck to ya.
