Why Don’t Crooked Cops Get Charges Pressed By The Da?
2 years ago the police searched my house and pulled me over illegally and they lost the case because of it on both counts — but the cops got in no trouble
I grew medical marijuana spent two years fighting it and they broke the constitution what is worse
Unless they broke the law themselves what would you suggest they be charged with. they were working as representatives of the Police Dept so if you felt your rights were violated then sue the Dept and the cops. This would be a civil matter..
An illegal search is a civil matter not a criminal matter, find an attorney and sue..

they cant search you house or car without a search warrant, unless they have probable cause.. and when they illegally search they get a visit with internal affairs which basically make them lose their badge or the get kind of like strikes untill they do lose their badge.. if you make a report and keep harrassing them with it you should be able to get something done..
