Under the Bush administration all marijuana laws were placed in the hands of the federal government, giving the federal government total control on enforcing these laws. Medical Marijuana is already legal in California and 14 other states and the federal government steps in and raids these despensaries and takes the medicine. California is the state pushing the federal government to legalize. Assembly man Tom Amiano introduced the bill for california to legalize, he knew this would put pressure on the federal government. Now ARNOLD is asking this to be debated. Legalization will be here soon. Ya marijuana is about as addicting as cereal or cookies.
