yes unless they have already spourted and dried out and hardened but other then that resoak the towel and put it in a dark moist place with no air in it

dont let it dry out all the way you know you can just put the seeds in a glass of water and watch them sprout its much easier for me at least oh i mean thats what a friend has told me:->=
